Using Grad Gallery
Grad Gallery helps collectors discover original artwork by student artists. Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information. Contact gradgalleryco@gmail.com with questions about these terms or a purchase.
Artwork and purchases
Clearly marked sample works are illustrative and cannot be purchased. Real listings show artwork details, price, and shipping terms. Checkout is processed by Stripe. A bag selection does not reserve artwork or confirm a purchase. Consult your payment receipt and order confirmation; contact us if a payment or availability issue occurs. Colors may vary between screens; check dimensions and condition before buying.
Shipping and refunds
Read our Shipping, returns & refunds policy and the individual listing terms before purchase. Questions about delivery, cancellation, or returns should be directed to gradgalleryco@gmail.com.
Artist submissions
Submitting artwork authorizes our team to review it and contact you about that submission. You confirm that you are a current student, created and own the work, and have the rights to submit its photos. Submission does not guarantee acceptance, create a consignment agreement, or authorize an automatic public listing. Pricing guidance is not a certified valuation. Listing permission, consignment terms, and payout arrangements must be agreed separately before a work is offered for sale.
Artist share and art supplies
The stated allocation is 80% of the artwork price to the artist, 5% toward grade-school art supplies, and 15% to Grad Gallery before payment fees. The supply allocation is based on artwork price after discounts and refunds, excluding shipping and taxes, and comes from the gallery share. Shipping, taxes, refunds, fees, and payout timing are addressed in the artist agreement. A purchase is not represented as a tax-deductible charitable donation.
Copyright and privacy
Buying physical artwork does not transfer the artist’s copyright or reproduction rights unless a separate agreement says so. Do not reproduce artwork or listing photos without appropriate permission. Our Privacy policy explains how submission and order information is handled.
Updates
We may update these terms and post the revised date here. For questions about terms applicable to an existing order or artist agreement, contact our team. These terms do not remove rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
