Privacy policy

Information we collect
When you submit artwork, we collect your name, email, university, artwork details, optional asking price, year created, condition and framing details, artwork city and state, and uploaded photos. When you purchase artwork, Stripe collects payment and checkout information; Grad Gallery receives order identifiers, payment status, buyer and shipping details needed to confirm and fulfill your order. Do not include identification documents, bank information, or unrelated personal information in an artwork submission.
How we use information
We use submission information to review artwork, discuss pricing and acceptance, and contact you about your submission. We use order information to process and fulfill purchases, provide support, manage refunds, prevent fraud, and maintain business records. Submitting artwork does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Who receives information
Authorized Grad Gallery team members can access submissions and orders. Our hosting and storage providers, including Sites and Cloudflare, process information to operate the website. Stripe processes payments. Shipping information may be shared with the artist or delivery provider when needed to fulfill an order. Approved listing details and artwork photos are public; your submission email is not part of a public listing. Team sign-in is provided through ChatGPT.
Tracking and cookies
Grad Gallery has no advertising pixels or optional analytics scripts in its current website code. See our Cookie policy for essential checkout and sign-in cookies. Stripe and sign-in providers operate their own services and privacy notices.
Retention and your requests
We keep information as needed for submission review, fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Email gradgalleryco@gmail.com to request access, correction, or deletion, or to withdraw permission for a pending submission. We may need to verify your identity and retain records needed for legal obligations or disputes. Do not email passwords or payment card details.
